Extra sport is a good quality of PFDs, (life vests) and other paddling equipment. The setback adjusts up, down as well as forward and back. The seat pan also adjusts up and down. There are adjustable thigh braces and foot pegs. The hull design of the Cayuga is excellent. It provides very good stability and good tracking. I have found the stability of the Cayuga very good in all conditions and it is surprisingly fast especially in the 146 and 160 sizes. The Cayuga 130 is no slouch too!
